An initial consultation includes discussion of your health history and current diet; lifestyle evaluation; traditional Chinese medical diagnostic techniques; the addressing of specific health concerns; and herb formulas (approximately a $40 value). All consultations provide actionable recommendations and are strictly confidential.

Follow-Up Sessions*

Follow-up sessions are encouraged. By working together, we are able to adapt formulas and treatment plans to meet your specific needs and you are able to achieve your personal health goals through a supportive environment.

Reflexology Sessions*

Your treatment begins with a soothing foot soak in dead sea mineral salts and essential oils, followed by 40 minutes of therapeutic foot massage. Foot Reflexology is an ancient practice of applying pressure to specific parts of the feet to deeply relax, reduce stress, relieve pain, increase circulation and increase overall well-being.
